A Year of Gratitude: Celebrating You, Our Amazing Tenant Community!
As we approach the final stretch of 2023, we can’t help but feel a rush of gratitude for the incredible community that makes Hexagon Business Centres truly special. We hope that you think of our workspace as more than just an office, and our office team as more than just someone to take your calls - we really are honoured to be part of your daily grind.
What better way to wrap up the year than to review what a truly awesome 12 months it has been.
Get to know your neighbours.
This year we launched ‘The Hexagon Hub’, an online members area for our tenants, designed to help tenants get to know their neighbours properly! Not only does it provide a ‘who’s who’ of our serviced and virtual tenants, but also shares a little about the amazing services and solutions that they provide. The events and news section also allows members to promote any events or offers to the community, hopefully driving up tenant networking, collaboration and acting as a free sales lead location! We’d love to know what you think of it – and if you’re not signed up yet – get in touch!
New faces.
2023 was the year we saw Rachel Crossman join our team who has fitted in so well and is doing an amazing job in her role of ‘Business Operations Assistant’. We hope you agree that she is always putting a smile on the faces of both tenants and the Hexagon Team!
It’s all about the food.
Never one to shy away from a reason to celebrate, throughout the year we’ve hosted pizza networking events, celebrated tenant anniversaries with treats, turned our hand at ice cream delivery on those super-hot days (currently a distant memory!) and used dates such as Halloween as an excuse to hand out sweets and chocolates. We love getting together and if you don’t have the 13th December in your diary for Christmas drinks and nibbles – get the diary out NOW!
Adding to the family.
It is not just Centre Director Abbie who is adding to her gorgeous little family in the New Year, Hexagon has been expanding too! We’ve welcomed many new tenants this year, as well as assisting existing tenants with their growth plans by increasing their office space. We’ve also opened a fourth Business Centre!
A great place to work.
As always, we are continually looking for ways to make the space work better for our tenants. This year we’ve updated the kitchens in two of the Business Centres and are hoping shortly to confirm a new space which will offer a range of different workspaces and communal areas – watch this space!
So all in all it’s been a busy year. We’d like to thank all of our lovely tenants and virtual tenants for continuing to choose Hexagon Business Centres as their office/virtual office provider. The focus for 2024 is to continue providing great service and office spaces to fit in with our tenants needs to enable them to focus on their business, as well as hopefully growing as a business ourselves with the addition of more office space and service offerings to our tenants and the wider West Oxfordshire community. We’ll keep you in the loop!
