Tailored for freelancers, entrepreneurs, and SME’s, there will be 22 new Serviced Offices, ‘The Hub’ which offers 26 hot desks, three private meeting rooms, and an inviting onsite restaurant, The Edge Deli.
Located in the newly renovated Elmfield House, The Hub combines a homely, welcoming atmosphere with the functionality of a modern workspace. Its central Witney location provides easy access to transport links and local shops, making it a convenient and inspiring space for all who work there. Members will enjoy free car parking and the flexibility of daily, 5-day, and monthly hot desk passes, starting at £25 per day.

The Hub is open to individuals and small teams, providing flexible options to accommodate varied working styles. The Edge Deli, the onsite restaurant, will offer a full range of refreshments, from morning coffee to delicious lunches, allowing members to stay fuelled throughout their workday.
The new serviced offices are all-inclusive 24/7 office spaces ranging from 1 – 15 persons and are currently pre-sold at 90% occupancy.
