From a 2-person office to global players: The Prizeshark Story

We love seeing our tenants succeed, but the journey of Prizeshark Limited is a particularly special one for the Hexagon team.

When Prizeshark first joined us in Witney, they were a compact team of two, working out of a small office suite. Today, they are a global agency with over 20 staff, working with some of the world’s biggest brands - including the likes of ITV, Wella, Sky and People’s Postcode Lottery. 

Who are Prizeshark?

If you’ve ever entered a high-profile competition or used a major loyalty programme, there’s a good chance Prizeshark was the engine behind it. They are experts in prize fulfilment, incentives, and reward programmes. From sourcing luxury travel experiences to building bespoke digital reward platforms, they handle the "wow" factor for businesses all over the world.

Scaling without the growing pains

One of the biggest challenges for a fast-growing business is being "stuck" in an office you’ve outgrown. As Prizeshark’s reputation grew, so did their team, and they quickly moved past that initial two-person setup.

Bridging the gap

Rather than the team having to worry about the logistics of a major relocation every time they hired a new person, they simply worked with us to find the next right-sized space. We were able to transition them through different workspaces across our portfolio as they hit new milestones. This meant James, the Managing Director, and his team could focus 100% on their global clients, knowing their "home base" would always expand to fit their ambition.

The move to Elmfield House

This journey led to their most recent chapter in Spring 2025: a move into a stunning, newly refurbished suite at Elmfield House. The move to Elmfield gave them the professional, high-end environment they needed to match their global reputation, while keeping the convenience of a central Witney base (and the perk of having an on-site deli for the team!).
