Upsizing without moving office
One of the benefits of having an office in a business centre is the flexibility it gives when a business wants to upsize to a larger office without the hassle of moving premises.
Three tenants of Hexagon Business Centres have just upsized, taking advantage of larger space in the same building.
Aspire Products supply personalised cards, wedding stationery and gifts for all occasions, including wrapping paper, clothing and home accessories. As an online shop, they produce and despatch their goods from their office in Elmfield, but are growing so fast that they needed to move into a larger office. Aspire Products’ founder, Elle said, “It’s been madly busy! When a bigger office became available, we jumped at it – all we have to do was move downstairs which made it very easy.”
Greenwood Projects had employed 2 more people in its Witney office just before lockdown and moved into a larger space within Hexagon’s Elmfield Business Centre when it was possible to return to work in an office. Greenwood Projects is a large professional consultancy supporting clients in the construction and property industry with multiple offices across the South East and the Midlands.
MM TJV Consulting took an entrepreneurial change of direction at the beginning of COVID-19 and started making PPE masks and visors. The demand for their products was such that when the office next door to theirs unexpectedly became available, they decided to take it on and use it for storage rather than look for larger premises elsewhere.
