We're recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist/Administrator
We're recruiting for a permanent Part Time Receptionist/Administrator to join our busy reception team at our Wittas House business centre. The role will ideally suit a candidate with solid administration and reception experience who can also assist with various administration duties for our tenants. What's more, we need someone to start right now!
We are looking for a well presented, professional individual who is confident in dealing with business people both face to face and over the telephone. The successful candidate must be comfortable working as part of a small friendly team and be flexible regarding the varied administrative duties involved within this position.
The key duties will include:
Meeting and greeting visitors coming to see both us and our tenants
Assisting with a wide range of administration duties
Diary management and bookings of our meeting room, setting up the meeting room and ensuring refreshments are provided
Answering telephone calls of behalf of a range of small businesses and dealing with queries professionally and efficiently
Helping with the organisation of local networking meetings and events
The working hours are 12.45pm until 5.15pm Monday to Friday with the requirement to also work full days (9am until 5.15pm) when the other receptionists are on annual leave (approximately 22 days per year). The initial training period would also involve working full time hours for 2-3 weeks in order that you fully understand the morning and afternoon tasks involved within the role.
The pro rata annual salary for this permanent part time position is £12,285 (£10.50 per hour) depending on skills and experience with benefits that include an annual company bonus scheme, reduced corporate gym membership and 22 days holiday plus public holidays pro rata.
