Spotlight on our tenant Prizeshark

Next in our ‘Spotlight Series’ we turn to our tenant Pete Andrews from Prizeshark, who will be candidly sharing with us a little more about life as a Hexagon tenant.

So, let’s kick off!

Prizeshark is a leading global competitions, promotions and rewards platform agency, there to help maximise the performance of campaigns and achieve outstanding results. Our digital team build & manage loyalty, incentive & reward platforms for brands such as Wella, Ideal Boilers & Superdry. Core to our business since 2004 has been gift & prize fulfilment for competitions, sales incentives, employee recognition and customer loyalty schemes, we have partnerships in place with all the top brands to provide merchandise, gifts cards/e-codes and experiences, as well as an in-house Travel expert for holidays & short breaks. I’m sure at some point you’ve seen or come in to contact with some of our work, in the media alone we work with Global Radio, ITV, Daily Mirror & Channel 4.

What does a typical day look like in the Prizeshark office?

Our working patterns can vary but typically there are a core team of staff that are in every day. Our office is largely made up of desk space but also has a private meeting room which is sectioned off, which Hexagon arranged for us when we moved in.

What made you decide to use Hexagon office space?

Originally, I was working from home and had a vision the company would start to grow, so needed somewhere larger and more professional. Since then, we’ve moved another three times! Each time we’ve required somewhere bigger and never wanted to leave Hexagon, so they rose to the challenge each time and provided a solution that fits our needs. We’re in the loyalty & incentives industry, and always wanted to be loyal to Hexagon who have been brilliant from day one when our needs were much smaller.

What were you looking for from a serviced office space?

Needless to say, it needed to be cost effective, and the flexibility of a one month contract was instrumental in making the move initially. Without that the decision would have been much harder.

How did you find and hear about Hexagon and why did you choose it over other options?

My best friend Google!

Final thoughts …

I honestly couldn’t recommend the team at Hexagon highly enough.  Thoroughly professional in what they do, nothing is ever too much trouble and they’ll find solutions when you need them.  Great bunch of people too, always take an interest in how we’re all doing and make sure everything we need from an office runs seamlessly in the background.
